Maxilite provides personalized, one-to-one service to help you source and specify lighting fixtures for your particular project. We also offer price breaks based on quantity.

Our custom manufacturing facilities allow you optimum customization and design flexibility, enabling you to choose the metal, glass, wood and paint you want, without limitations. We also offer a vast selection of fixtures from European suppliers with the ability to source one-of-a-kind fixtures -- in a time frame you can live with.

The Maxilite team of lighting specialists is available to answer your questions and provide cost estimates. No project is too big or small. With over 250 products to choose from, many of our fixtures are created specifically for commercial building applications.

Please note that:

• Maxilite does not stock finished items, as they are made to order. Our average lead-time is one week (not including projects).
• We have a small selection of standard paint and plate finishes. Our paint shop can customize most colours of your choosing at an additional cost. We stock metal sheets in brushed steel, polished brass, chrome, white, cold-rolled steel and galvanized. The typical quantity for custom colours and finishes is 12 or more pieces.
• Many of our products can be converted to Halogen, compact fluorescent 1 or 2 X PL13 or PL 26 (Electronic), or incandescent. Please consult Maxilite regarding your requirements.
• Our standard warranty on complete fixtures is one year. Most magnetic ballasts have a one-two year warranty, with a five year warranty on electronic ballasts (T8 and PL26).
